2. Purchase CSA travel protection. (3k min) Peace of mind for everyone involved.

CHECK IN TIME IS 4PM 

Text at 530-318-0623 10 minutes before arrival.

We will meet you  personally greet you at the house and give you check in info. We will show you around and show how items work in the home.  We will give you code to the house.

Per county ordinances, no parties, including wedding or reception are allowed. We have a strict no party policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.  Owner lives next door.

QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 8AM

There is a county noise ordinance. Please no loudness, we don't want to disturb the neighbors. Violations will result from the county with an immediate fine without prior warning. Failure to comply or repeat offenses are subject to eviction.

No pets allowed. A fine of $250/ pet will result if pets are found on premises.

CHECK OUT TIME IS 11AM

Please empty trash bins in bear box container, trash pick up is on Thursdays.

Remove bedding, leave along side of bed.

Any EXCESSIVE CLEANING NEEDED WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL $350 FEE.

Check out procedures are typed out and put on kitchen island.
